About
Welcome! I’m Dr. Eanah, a seasoned psychologist and life coach. With over 13 years of experience working in clinical settings, I’ve had the privilege of being a guiding light for individuals navigating mental health challenges. I’ve witnessed countless lives transformed through the coaching process, each journey unique and inspiring in its own way.
My approach to coaching is a blend of professional expertise and human empathy. I firmly believe that profound healing happens when we dare to acknowledge our deepest selves, and navigate life’s challenges with courage and authenticity. From mental health and well-being to parenting dynamics and self-improvement, my breadth of knowledge helps me provide holistic care.
My professional vision transcends the confines of traditional coaching. Rooted in my experiences, I’ve come to understand and appreciate the synergy between psychology and creative expression.
This harmonious fusion between the scientific understanding of the human mind and the liberating force of creativity forms the crux of my work.

Sharing my journey is more than a professional endeavor – it’s a passion, a purpose. I hope to inspire others to discover and embark on their own paths to healing and self-discovery. After all, creativity and self-expression can unlock doors to parts of ourselves waiting to be discovered, fostering growth and healing.

A Fusion of Roles
In addition to my role as a psychologist and life coach, I wear many hats – singer, songwriter, and filmmaker. Each facet of my identity has become intertwined with my professional life, adding depth and breadth to my understanding of the human spirit. Through exploring various creative outlets, I’ve unlocked a deeper level of empathy and understanding, enabling me to offer holistic and comprehensive traditional coaching experiences.
From the psychologist’s chair to the stage and behind the camera, my diverse roles allow me to foster a unique, multi-dimensional approach to healing and self-discovery.
